What's the best portfolio tracking app?

I'm trying to get my portfolio organized. I've been using Excel to track my investments but it's becoming a pain to manually update everything.

I'm looking for a good portfolio tracking app that won't cost an arm and a leg. I've heard of Yahoo Finance but wasn't super impressed. Currently juggling some ETFs and a handful of stocks across two brokers (Fidelity and Vanguard).

Ideally looking for something that can:
- Track multiple accounts in one place
- Show my overall returns and allocation
- Not cost more than $5-10/month (free would be even better!)

What are you all using?
Thanks in advance!

Good question!

I use the Fidelity and Vanguard apps to monitor my accounts, but lately I’ve been focusing more on individual stocks and tracking everything in Google Sheets. If the built-in tools aren’t enough, you can pull data using the FMP API—they offer a Google Sheets add-on, though it requires a premium plan (around $19/month):

I also came across Empower, which looks promising. It offers a free, comprehensive dashboard to track investments, net worth, and overall financial health:
